• El Fuego Express is a Mexican Grill serving up award wining food, and catering in a relaxed environment. our talented and friendly staff have been hand crafting burritos, tacos, and salads since 2004.

• Only the freshest of ingredients will find their way into our amazing food. we citrus marinate our steak, and chicken for at least 24 hours all done in house. we had craft all of our salsas every morning, as well as our Guacamole using only the ripest avocados.
